  We love going to Outback and have had a good experience in the past. Today it was far from great. The 4 stars are fort the amazing treatment from the manager Taylor and our server Justin. Waited for a table too long as they give precedence to call ahead "reservation". Once seated we order the sampler that was way too salty. The manager came apologized and took care of the appetizers. We received our large steaks and we asked for Well done and Medium well. Once we cut in to them they were medium. By now we were upset and didn't even want it. Taylor came by very nicely and apologized once again. Had it made to go and took care of it perfectly. Will definitely come back just because they cared.

  Giving it 2 stars because the food was good. I went here a few weeks ago with my husband. We sat in the bar area, it was around 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday so there were not many customers. 1 high top was cleared, all of the other seating had not been bussed. We sat in the bar area for about 10 minutes before even having our drink order taken, not even by the bartender because she was making drinks, but it wasn't busy so I'm not sure for who, but by another waiter who was helping her out. He was a good waiter. We ate (food was good) and left, still none of the bar was bussed, it was so odd. I'm not sure if a bunch of waiters called out or something but it was really unappetizing because you could smell old food. You would have thought a manager would have jumped in to bus if necessary, it was just gross and disappointing. I doubt we'll go back. There are too many options for restaurants these days, these chains don't seem to realize that. No wonder they are dead.

  I definitely come here a lot. It's My go to for nights I don't feel like cooking. Dining in is great. I usually take advantage of the curb side pick up. Always friendly staff. Always get my orders made correct. And they are always on time.
