  I visited this establishment on two different occasions. My first visit was pleasant. Despite the long wait for our food to come out, it was great and our server was very attentive. My second visit however was one that I have never experienced in my life! Once again our food took longer than usual to be served but the server was very nice and apologetic. My food was cool to the touch and I asked if she could take it back and have it warmed up. After some time had passed she came back and apologized once again and told me that her manager would be bringing my food out to me. At this point my colleagues had finished more than two thirds of their meal. When my food finally made it to the table, I refused it. The manager (as we now know as Steve Snow) got extremely angry and asked me to leave his establishment and never return. He continued to humiliate me in front of my colleagues and was speaking loud enough to attract the attention of other patrons in the restaurant as he threatened me to call the police and have me arrested for refusing my meal.
